The purpose of the tool:
YourEasySec is the ultimate ICM (3rd generation Identity Management) implementation.
It is a centralized privilege management, analysis, planning and audit tool that makes the complex problems of role mining, role creation and role maintenance feasible. It also provides a solution for creating and documenting system access policy. The tool’s interactive web-based interface allows the client experts themselves to perform these tasks simultaneously.
It has been developed considering the customer and regulatory needs of the last twelve (12) years. The tool is used as a role mining and analytics system to support the implementation of IdM in large and medium-sized financial institutions, and occasionally as an operational, 3rd generation IdM system in medium-sized financial institutions.
Main functions of the system:
It provides a unified data model and integration framework for user management, role management and system access rule management, supporting day-to-day operations and governance of these domains.

- provide user lifecycle management, including approval, provisioning, data distribution, and recertification
- integrate corporate role-minig, optimization, role management, approval and recertification. The function is extended to the control of technical roles implemented in interfaced IT-systems too.

- enhance segregation of duties (SoD) management with auto-generated SoD documentation and fine-grained reporting.
- provide GDPR-compliant, end-user customizable and delegable scoped online report
- by large or medium-sized financial institutions for role creation/optimalization and audit purpose mainly to support IdM implementation or
- medium-sized financial institutions as an online, operational, 3rd generation IdM
