The purpose of the Audit Module is to ensure the quasi-online audit of user entitlements.
The Audit Module of the Audit&Role Workbench can use the access database of an existing IDM system, or can collect the entitlement information from the subsystems by itself. This module logs all the changes, and can also send email notifications about the changes.
The Audit Module is also able to read the current approved and the requested entitlements from existing IDM systems.
The Audit Module provides several pre-defined audit reports as well as custom queries, which should be defined during the implementation project.

Report of user entitlements and profiles
Report of user entitlement and profile requests
Report of SoD violations (in case of users and profiles)
Scheduled read of entitlement information from other systems via standard or custom connectors (incl. CSV file)
